We all know Larry King is the champion softball pitcher when it comes to interviews. But even Larry went to another level with his soft tosses to Michelle Obama last night. It could’ve been The View (without Elisabeth Hassleback)!
Most telling was right before one of the commercial breaks when Larry said something like “We’ll be right back with the EXTRAORDINARY Michelle Obama”.
“Extraordinary”, Larry?
Larry, please make your way to the tank. You are just another fish that’s found its home.
PS: A sidenote: why does everyone foist the notion that Michelle Obama is beautiful? I don’t see it. This has nothing to do with her politics or who she’s married to, I’m just talking straight-up, sexist judging of her looks! She’s fugly! That wrinkled forehead, that odd bone structure in her face, that kind of linebacker set of the shoulders… when I look at her, I don’t get any kind of “thrill going up my leg”.
And no, racist readers, it’s not because she’s black. I am a fan of ALL types of women (well, okay, not so much the fat ones!), whatever color. Michelle Obama just doesn’t do it for me. Of course, neither does Cindy McCain, but I’m neutral on her looks.
Governor Palin, however. Hubba-hubba!
